The author and security expert Udo Ulfkotte has made a name for himself in Germany by warning of an impending Muslim takeover of Europe which threatens the continent's Christian heritage. Now Dr. Ulfkotte has gone ever further by warning that many areas of Germany will be "ungovernable" by the year 2020. The title of his new book is Vorsicht Bürgerkrieg (Watch Out: Civil War!). In it, Ulfkotte presents a map of Germany with the towns and regions that are powder kegs of civil unrest that are set to explode in rage. If you are unlucky enough to be living in these locales, you should consider moving. If you are a manager, don't invest one more Euro there, and for tourists these are "no-go" areas. Where are these hot spots of civil unrest? Above all, Ulfkotte points to the Ruhrgebiet – the Ruhr River region which used to be the Germany's industrial center. But sections of the other major cities such as Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich und Hannover are also set to explode in rage. And then there is the entire state of Saxony in eastern Germany which could ignite in civil war at any time.
What will set off this civil war in Germany? Ulfkotte sees doom and gloom across the board:
Massenarbeitslosigkeit, Werteverfall, zunehmende Kriminalität,
Islamisierung, ständig steigende Steuern und Abgaben, der Zusammenbruch
von Gesundheits- und Bildungssystem und die vielen anderen verdrängten
Probleme werden sich entladen. Linke gegen Rechte, Arme gegen Reiche,
Ausländer gegen Inländer, mittendrin religiöse Fanatiker – das
explosive Potenzial ist gewaltig. Fast alles, was aus der Sicht der
Deutschen bislang als »sicher« galt, ist nicht mehr vorhanden. (There are different reasons (for the coming unrest): Financial crash and mass unemployment, an erosion of values and growing crime, Islamicization, rising taxes and costs, the collaps of health care and education, and the many other problems that have been swept under the rug will surface. Left against right, poor against rich, foreigners against the native population, and add religious fanatics to the mix – the explosive power is enormous. Nearly everything that Germans have up to now viewed as "safe" is now gone.)
And what is Dr. Ulfkotte's primary source of information for this coming civil war? The good doctor bases his prognosis on a CIA study which projects trends for the next 11 years (a summary document can be accessed here(pdf)). That would be the same CIA that misjudged the military strength of the Soviet Union for decades, that missed the terror threat of al Qaeda to the US, and that said that it was a "Slam Dunk" that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.
When civil war does break out in Germany, Dr. Ulfkotte will be far away: according to the press release of his publisher, Ulfkotte is now teaching in the heart of America's Sodom and Gommorah – Olivet University in San Francisco. I have tried to reach him through the faculty office for an interview.

An Interview with that guy would be quite interesting, although some people consider him a lunatic.
It is clear, that we have some things called “soziale Brennpunkte” (Is there a good translation for this?), but Germany is not falling apart in the year 2020.
Looking at this country, comparing it to other european nations, Italy would be considered the first state to collapse.
For Ulfkotte fits the old saying, that he has seen the signs, but wasn`t able to interpret them correctly.
The Main problem is, that it maybe could be a “Selbsterfüllende Prophezeiung” (the same in English?).
If there are enough people beliving him, if there are enough people getting mad, arming themselves, provocing riots, yes, then we could get a problem…

He doesn’t mention book lovers against television viewers, cat-owners against dog-owners, classical music listeners against pop fans – nor even men against women!

Heh…”book lovers against television viewers”… Book lovers are not necessarily a united front. As an example, you have Thomas Mann readers versus Heinrich Mann readers. We Heinrich Mann readers may be fewer in number, but we are better organized…and far more militant!
In general the idea of Germans engaging in mass rioting reminds me of Lenin’s view of a proletarian revolution ever taking place in Germany:
