A Year of Dialog (In eigener Sache)

Dialog International was launched 12 months ago today.  Last July the US presidential campaign was already in full swing and provided the stimulus for much transatlantic commentary. Now we are in the midst of an unexpected election campaign in Germany which is even attracting the attention of the US media (when it is not obsessed with missing white women). Who knows what the next 12 months will bring? It will be interesting to see if a regime change in Berlin will result in improved relations between Germany and the United States. Whatever happens, it is through dialogue that have the best chance to learn.
